Przepis na spaghetti bolognese z biomixem Beltane (przepraszamy - przepis tylko w wersji angielskojęzycznej)
* 200 g spaghetti
* 200 g minced meat
* 1 tin (400 g) tomato pulp
1. Cook the spaghetti in salt water and rinse them. Prepare the meat and tomatoes.
2. Place 1-2 tbs. cooking oil (e.g. olive oil) and spice mix 1 (small sachet) in a frying pan. Heat gently until fragrant. Add the minced meat and brown well, stirring.
3. Add the tomato pulp, stir in spice mix 2 (large sachet) and simmer covered for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Tip: Serve with Parmesan cheese.
